To anyone that cares, I think I got tmc2 working with behavior stacks and
Levure. I can't release the code, since the base project is copyright, but
if you're interested, I can tell you what I did (then hopefully someone
else can make it better).

I discovered a little while ago that tmAlign is licensed GPL.
So, I fixed the light header backdrop in Scott's various plugins and threw
up a tmAlign repo on github.

If memory serves, I think hiliteChanged doesn't fire until after the hilite
has already changed, which is unhelpful.
I've given up on using LC's widgets, for now, because they are just so
primitive. I've gone back to using tmc2 for everything.
