I'm still on Rev3.5, so I hope things haven't changed much.
If I open a UDP datagram socket, how do I request it to read one datagram,
regardless of how small or large it turns out to be? If I specify a "for"

Sorry. I have no clue how it is to feel overweight and therefore my wording was
inconsiderate.
I saw you addressing me as 'Bjorke', so I replied with a over the top post too.
I started with 'Chippy' and then made a re-edit too much.
How about that off-list sparring match?

Bob,
Thanks for the kind words! I made this library for my own personal use
but I decided I liked it too much and that it should be made into a
product. I have more things in the pipeline so stay tuned!
Don't forget to join the forum. I think it is working now.

It is quite clear that wingnuts are fare easier to tighten by hand

Seriously! What has gotten into my favorite list folk? Has there been a
solar-flare that has turned these guys into angry pre-apocolyptic zombies?
Please, can't we all just share code, and get along again?

Gratz Andre I think this is exactly what the doctor ordered, especially for
people just starting out with Livecode or SQL. I know my first forays into SQL
were with great reticence, and more than one I uttered the words, "Not ANOTHER

Hi Andre,
just tried to apply for a membership to your forum, but it seems there are
problems with the Security Check.
There is a notice saying "To use reCaptcha you must get an API key from ."

Ouch.
A personal attack making fun of how a person looks, is low-- even for
you, Bjoernke. I have had a serious health problem over the past few years
which has resulted in my adding some un-needed weight-- of which I am
sensitive about.
My poke was just a funny point at the attempts to 'manage'
Mike,
Thanks for the confirmation and support. I wonder how that happened...

Mike,
There was something wrong with the generated zip file.
Can you download again and confirm that it has about 36 pages?

Hey andre, is the pdf included with 1.4 (db lib guide.pdf) intended to be
just an addendum to previous guide? If not it looks like part of it is
missing. (its 3 pages and starts with dbresetquery.)

Thanks Peter I didn't think what I posted was all that charged. It wasn't even

What sort of timepicker is needed? I'd have thought it quite straightforward

I have a job that is available immediately. I am looking for somebody

Hi Chubby
I'd say it's kinda sad to assume the only venue for everyone to talk about
politics is a mailing list for one specific IDE. But then, maybe making snarky
off topic remarks is yours and Bobbies only reprise from your otherwise dull

DatePicker looks very nice; I plan to start using it soon (I'm working
on an application that uses dates, and have dropped my own calendar
stack and I am re-designing the application to take advantage of the
better features of DatePicker :-)
Any chance there will be a TimePicker coming soon
