usbconfig -d 1.1 reset :-)
also see the bios setup options on power saving etc :-)

I've two new USB keys, both claiming on its wrapping USB 3.0:
usbconfig -v reads from them:
ugen0.4: at usbus0, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=HIGH (480Mbps)

The power on/off does not seem to work.
