I run into the small issues too from time to time.
Maybe have a team of people that find these things, discuss the best
solution, then go to upstream and file bug with proposed solution?

I actually had a very big problem in Banshee. Maybe it's just me who didn't
bother to read the manual, but I thought it was a basic thing that shouldn't
require one.
Using the "open with" function on a music file with banshee would open it,
but not play the file I told it to, instead it'd play som
Hi!
I have a usability question. An application I'm on the developer team for
benefits extensively from different preferences settings, so it allows the
user to make 'profiles' and change them on-the-fly.
One issue that was raised however is that it's too tedious to go to edit ▸
preferences and c
Could anyone offer any input on this?
Thank you!

wouldn't need this when taking a screenshot of their desktop for a friend.
So they could have a "documentation" and a "usual" profile.
Hope that explains it okay

We don't think that this of such great importance to be in the toolbar,
which we try to keep only for the essential functions (such as ways of
taking a screenshot + upload button + edit button, and that's it)

Just to note, I dislike Epiphany's removal of File -> Quit. They didn't seem
to think through the case where one would want to close the browser, and the
open it again, with the same tabs open - which current file->quit
accomplishes.

The point of shutting down was to save resources / have the content still
open after a restart.
Thanks for the extension, but isn't it puzzling that this sub-basic
functionality is considered unnecessary?

Seems the "How do you think Gnome may be improved in the next major
version?" column is too small and you can't resize it to be bigger.
A sticking point is Compiz integration. Gnome seems to be doing their best
to ignore it (esp. with the conflicts raised in gnome shell), but the

over their panel.
Your behavior about this is more horrifying than the error that barely
anyone notices.

The ComboBoxEntry seems to just work well for pre-defined values, that's why
Epiphany is using them for fonts. I'd say a slider is more applicable in the
general case...
