With the delayed release of the Ubuntu Kinetic wallpaper post-UIF, the
cinnamon colored version is also post UIF. This bug is here for the
exception. Users should see the latest, cinnamon-styled wallpaper.

In the 22.10 packages, the version of yaru-cinnamon-theme-gtk and yaru-
cinnamon-theme-icon are outdated. They are pre-built variants of the
yaru package (like how Yaru-MATE) is shipped, and they were not
regenerated in time to reach the User interface freeze deadline.
