Do you mean the application lens opens slowly? This is the case for me. Not
sure if it is a bug or just my laptop, I think it is a bug. God loves everybody
on this mailing list!!!

the first letter is missing! Isn't it possible
Well in my case I have Intel for graphics but it also opens slow on my
Dad's gaming PC with Nvidia card.
Everything else it lightning fast but the Dash isn't so I would say it
needs looking at.

I have Intel video, completely supported. Maybe with Wayland it will be

Sorry for my email, which is a bit OT.
I see, on my core 2 notebook with 3 GB ram that opening the dash
requires more time than opening nautilus from the launcher. Does this
make sense? Is it a problem of me or of Unity interface? It happens
both in Unity and in Unity 2D...
