to change its Recommends: va-driver-all to Suggests so that libva2 can
be moved to main for Ubuntu Desktop.
Every other Ubuntu Desktop Flavor ships libva2 but does not
It cannot go in desktop-common because Ubuntu Desktop isn't able to ship
va-driver-all because it currently has dependencies in universe.
