[Ubuntustudio-bugs] [Bug 1823601] [NEW] System sound became mute after openning audacity

Public bug reported: The problem is when headset sound is being played and I open audacity. For example: Plug headset, open kdenlive or youtube, put some video to play, and then I open audacity. The system sound becames mute. The volume controls doesn't affects and I have to restart the ubuntu.
