On P4M900 I was not able to change the mode/resolution as desired with
the xrandr command. Montor is a small TFT touchscreen with 800x600
native resolution. As this is a TFT refresh rate/clock is restricted
around 60Hz. However VGA-1 output is wrongly identified as

After upgrading to utopic (14.10), neither fglrx (nor fglrx-update) works as
expected any more.
System starts in graphical mode (X11) but driver is fbdev.
This is a Asus E2KM1I based system (e2-2000/Radeon HD 7340). fglrx (and
fglrx-update) have worked before upgrading.

The openchrome driver from svn is better. But as present it is *not* a
real replacement, as it only shows a few test images (no login, no
desktop, no mouse, ...).
BTW, it is possible to use this hardware with the fbdev driver (vesa is
*not* an option as it also do not support the 1280x800 resoluti

I tried the SVN openchrome this week. With it the XVideo X11 extension
work without problems. However, with this driver my system's sound
system gets broken. (This is repeatable, with the vesa driver, the sound
works correctly.)

The hibernation problem happens to me every time I try hibernation. Re-
waking just hangs. Please find enclosed the old X11 after rebooting the
machine.
