Font corruption in Chromiu
Confirmed on GMA X3000 (Latitude D630), so I can also test possible
fixes on that machine. Chromium maximized, an empty tab and another tab
with reddit.com. Moving mouse on and off top of the reddit.com tab shows
little white dots in place of black regardless of whether it's the
active tab or not.
