I have updated natty too and problem does not disappeared. It is not
fixed.

Radeon r600g (and maybe r300 and nouveau) driver in upstream mesa +
xorg-video-* git have (partial) support for XvMC, Vdpau and VAAPI.
Support can be enabled at compile time. It should be enabled for ~xorg-
edgers PPA.

Enable HW video decoding support is needed only in mesa. Need to add additional
mesa configure params:
--enable-gallium-g3dvl
--with-gallium-drivers=i915,i965,nouveau,r300,r600,svga,swrast --enable-xvmc
--enable-vdpau --enable-va
No changes in xorg drivers are needed.

There is some dependency, xorg radeon & intel drivers needs new version
of libdrm and radeon driver needs new version of mesa for glamor
support... And when I updated only intel xorg driver it did not
worked... Thats what I tested.
