When I was playing a videogame in Steam (Wolcen Lords of Mayhem), Ubuntu
froze.
It was probably a problem with the Nvidia drivers or with Gnome Window
Manager I don't know.

finaly I can use screenpad as a display with NVIDIA-proprietary driver.
- Edit /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-nvidia.conf

after some update packages some years before the system started crashing
, mozila crashing , display freezes, and everything started to slow
down. After the install of the last updating package the system is very
slow and the display has wrong resolution and size.

1) firefox + MATE terminal
2) xpra + MATE terminal
I'm sorry I can't not use MATE terminal because I still have to use part of the
laptop for work.
In either case I did not notice too significant a memory growth. Again, the
