- I tried reverting the commits each alone and together and the result
is that the first commit introduced the VLC slowdown.
- Checking my logs, there was a google-chrome update along with KDE
4.9.3. It could be that the flash issues are totally unrelated (I am
using the built-in flash player).

Just updated xf86-video-intel to 2.20.13 and get lags with mplayer -vo
gl fullscreen without suspending compositing for fullscreen windows. It
happens only with SNA. Everything is fine with UXA.

I can reproduce this with just X, twm xterm and xeyes as well as the testcase
attached to this
It took me a really longt ime to come up with this testcase, as it has been
requested.
Now there is a testcase, triggering the problem on many machines and still no
progress :/

affected by the corruptions.
