I'm also getting this crash with the latest unity and all updates as of
2012-06-11.
I can force this crash by opening nautilus and pressing Control-N 20
times to open 20 nautilus windows. The next time I press Alt-Tab or
Super-W I will get the crash.

(this bug was already in the beta)
I was so boring of this bug so after 6 years of daily use of ubuntu I
switched to LMDE. It's faster than ubuntu and more stable... no bugs
with this distro ! and it's totaly free and open (debian base).

Hi everybody, I'm affected by this bug but I think the problem it's not related
to the graphics drivers.
When I boot up my PC, during the BIOS phase my numlock key turns on, but as
soon as grub pop up the numlock key turns off and from there it doesn't work
anymore (also shiftlock, etc are not
I tried xfce 4.10 from ppa:xubuntu-dev/xfce-4.10 but that does not change
anything :-(
The black tab bug is still there. As a workaround the themes mentioned above do
still work.

Failures are getting more frequent and varied... this is more likely a
hardware issue. But I guess spamming the system log like that isn't a
good thing either, so there's still a minor bug there.
