windows open. The first time it happened was on a nautilus "properties"

After bypassing the test error, I've built xserver debs, installed, and
booted on the following:
1. dell mini V. Intel 945 w/ touchpad
+ OK
2. fujitsu t4410. Intel 965 w/ touchscreen
+ Crashed with SIGABRT in raise()
+ Booted OK
+ Apport caught the abort and generated a .crash

If I disable trackpad on my Lenovo and then put the computer to sleep,
trackpad won't work after waking up.
Steps to reproduce the error:
1. disable trackpad with Fn+F8
2. close the lid to put the computer to sleep
3. open the lid and log in
4. Fn+F8 doesn't do anything

Some interesting. When I scroll in transmission I see huge processor's loading
by it's process. Switching between transmission's windows is slow too.
In some situations I see huge loading by compiz's process.
Situation is very bed. Nvidia proprietary driver works slower than
opensource Nouveau.
The patch has been refreshed with a fix for a test case. It has been
uploaded to ppa:chasedouglas/jupiter for testing.
