No, it is not fixed. The upstream task is marked as fixed because it was
pointing to a security issue blocking the inclusion of mach64 into the
main drm repository. However the inclusion did not happen anyway.
Meanwhile, the drm code moved to the kernel, and still has no mach64.

I have dual core processor. CPU1 and CPU2. I always get 100% CPU usage
in either of the CPU usage but not at the same time. When CPU1 goes to
100%, CPU2 lowers to about 44%. then when CPU2 rises to 100%, CPU1

You don't understand. The system doesn't start the graphical server at
all. It just freezes. Not even CTRL+1 or CTRL+ALT+DEL doesn't work. This
