Steve Brack, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any
activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If
so, could you please test for this with the latest development release

My mouse pointer is invisible only in display #1 of 3. I am using the
latest Catalyst driver, which I suppose could be the issue.

I too seem to have this bug... almost exactly.
I installed 11.10 from scratch.
I immediately got rid of UNITY and installed the new GNOME then went back to
GNOME CLASSIC.
Everything worked fine and then one day, I think after a system update, my
mouse pointer just started becoming invisible.

region it's in requires a different pointer than the default arrow
