Thank you for submitting this bug report.
I believe the the lack of numbers when pressed with the num lock off is
suppose to have functions such as insert, end and so forth. If you look
at a normal 104 keyboard those functions are to be expected with the
numlock off. I tested this on my Dell Inspi
