I did some others tries, it work perfectly at font scaling 1.25, so i think is
a problem about fractal scaling?

It is the responsibility of the graphics toolkit used by an app, or the
app itself, to honour font scaling settings. So please report this issue
to each application. It looks like Chrome (Chromium) is already covered
by bug 1316847?
