Are there any other files in /var/crash?
Is so then run:
ubuntu-bug YOURFILE.crash
If not then go to step 2 in comment #4.

Got this Also when the screen goes to sleep or blank it freezes need to
power off to reboot.. changed all the sleep mode setting & still happens

1. Look in /var/crash for crash files and if found run:
ubuntu-bug YOURFILE.crash
Then tell
If this is not it pls provide the commands a bit of a novice
