better.
The behavior you mentioned is confirmed. For example, with a Windows 8.1
tablet, a one finger touch+hold+move gesture at any point in the window
scrolls the screen around. But, with Ubuntu, the only way to scroll the
screen

It happens always with mozzilla, but when reading a PDF sometimes works
as expected and sometimes works strangely.
