Hi Christopher,
i'm not sure of the relevance of changing this
driver. The Dell monitor is pluged into the mother board vga, this is
the one that doesn't work. The AOC monitor is pluged into the graphics
card, & works fine.

I finally got around to burning a dvd with that software, The results
are the same as before:
See attatchments for screen shot and ipc of displays. One further note:
the screen identifier for the dell screen also appears on the AOC
monitor, as if the actual data is written twi

Thank you for your response. I'll get around to the upgrade
later today as this is a big nuisance. The screen shot indicated that
the dual screen was getting data from the o/s but this did not appear on
the catual monitor. I'll update you after installing the upgrade.
Mike Dorsett, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development
release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/cur
