I noticed this issue affects my system mentioned above under WinXP too. Even more with WinXP. So I think this whole "bug" is hardware -related. This bug is not to blame Linux. I used WinXP to show animated movies to my kids as video quality is better with WinXP. Videos played without a glitch, bu

Exactly the same symptoms. Connected to HP L2245wg via Display port. Using Linux mint Cinnamon 64 bit with standard HP dc 7900 sff. Intel chipset and graphics integrated. The black 1 second blink seems to come when surfing, especially after rolling extensively with mouse-roll-wheel. -- You recei
