[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1921446] [NEW] 'ETPS/2 Elantech Touchpad' not working on 'HP Pavilion Gaming 15-EC0001NS' fresh install

Public bug reported: The touchpad has never worked on linux (Manjaro, Mint, Ubuntu), it does work on windows 10. I'm using kubuntu 20.10 and already checked most online suggested solutions. I followed this guidelines: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingTouchpadDetection to better report the bug.
