The new version of ubuntu 12.10 uses Xorg 1.13. Is it possible to
downgrade to Xorg 1.12, to use your driver for ubuntu 12.04 and 11.10?

Is there any news with this driver? One man made a driver for the gentoo
- https://github.com/rasdark/xf86-video-sis671. Perhaps it will be
useful for ubuntu?
