I have to add, that at least since BIOS F.68 and updated Ubuntu, I have not
seen the problem since some time.
I can't say if it was resolved by the BIOS update or the Ubuntu updates.

I just tried updating the BIOS using Windows 10 (it's a dualboot system). But
it seems the BIOS F.67A is not yet supported by Windows 10:
- There's no BIOS update available for download, if you chose Windows 10
- Tried with the BIOS update by chosing Windows 8.1 as OS. BIOS update

In the meantime I've noticed that the problem doesn't happen all the time,
