This is no longer an issue on the development release of Ubuntu, the
touchpad is also working correctly.

I get this error on startup, im guessing that there is no driver for my
touchpad?
Ubuntu treats it as a mouse and not a touchpad, no scrolling, and its generally
flaky to use.
