Retested. Looks like it actually happens both before and after sleep. Enabling uxa helps with glxgears (it shows lower fps but uses much less cpu) but makes scrolling even more sluggish. Scrolling is sluggish with both compositing enabled and disabled -- No acceleration after sleep https://bugs.l
