For me its an external LCD attached to the on board VGA plug. Happens
only on this system, works on another similar system with the same VGA
controller:
VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 82Q963/Q965 Integrated
Graphics Controller (rev 02)
Unplugging/replugging does not help.
