Looks like progress is being made on implementing the kernel side of
Haswell DP MST support - this is probably a good place to track if

My understanding is that once that is complete the xo
Intel Gen 3 graphics hardware does not support Displayport 1.2 or
MST[1][2]. In addition, the kernel level Intel drivers do not support
MST even on hardware that does support it[3].
