The issue was never really in xfce4-sensors-plugin, it was in nvidia- settings. Since the FTBFS is fixed with the newer nvidia-settings, I'm going to mark this as 'invalid' for xfce4-sensors-plugin as the FTBFS wasn't part of the package itself but a supporting package that was required. ** Chang
