In 11.10 it seems solved but in 11.04 I don't know since I upgraded the
day Oneiric was launched. But until I upgraded the bug was still there.

The bug seems to be fixed in 11.10. I don't know if it's fixed in 11.04
since I upgraded to the latest so I think it's best if this bug is

Back in 10.10 I could drag and drop an open application to a new
position in the taskbar between other open applications. Now this
functionality seems to be lost (using Compiz window manager). Is this by
design?
