One reason for the update:
On Mesa 9.0 and 9.0.2. Intel hardware is not handling
GL_ANY_SAMPLES_PASSED_ARB as it has not been correctly implemented. This
has been corrected in 9.0.3.
This can be seen in the bleeding edge svn of the Crystal Space game
engine.

Yes the package does provide a 'libxrandr-dev', but try install the gtk
dev packages above after.

The proposed update when installed on precise will stop glx loading on systems
that have the NVIDIA 173.14.35 driver installed. The 10.2 package is fine and

on a 12.04 system and 'glx' does not load.
