We're having the same issue on Lenovo Thinkpad W541 with K2100M discrete
graphics. These also fit into the nvidia 390 bucket. We couldn't seem to
get back to nouveau drivers to work around this situation. Reimaged back
to 22.04 for now.

** Description changed:
After a fresh install of Lubuntu 12.04, the Shift + F1/F2/F3/etc key
combination no longer works and only registers as the Fx key. For
example, pressing Shift + F1 (save state) in VBA-M
(sourceforge.net/projects/vbam/) registers as F1 (load state). This
