Since maverick, intel driver shows very low performance. Glxgears show
fps not higher than 300, which used to be 4000 under lucid.
This decreases significantly opengl performance under games or programs
such as Google Earth.

I have an Acer Aspire One, model AO715h. It uses Intel GMA500 chipset,
called poulsbo. The native screen resolution is 1366x768 widescreen, but
on default installation I can`t set a higher 1024x840 4:3 resolution.
