experimental stuff like gallium nine)?

2. llvm 9 bitcode libs for OpenCL cause llvm-8-based mesa to fail because their
file format has changed
3. There was a bug in llvm-8-based mesa in disco that caused the OpenCL
compiler to hang on the kernel
