By the way, i found old 7.10.2-0ubuntu1 version of mesa packages in apt
cache and installed it. Plasma is working well with this version.

Yestarday i've updated my kubuntu (i update system nearly every day) and
today i found, that any plasma animations causes high CPU load and
immediately disabling kwin effects. After enabling by alt+shift+f12, any
plasma animation drops kwin effects again. X-restart as well as
