In fact it's fixed since the update on psb-module package (which broke
2.6.28-11 support). I think psb-modules is dependent of the kernel
version. Perhaps it's just a packaging problem with missing dependancy /
version compatibility information (I don't know if I've made myself
clear).

Here are the requested logs on a Dell Mini 10.
The archive contains :
- Xorg.0.log.ko : logs with the 2.6.28-13 kernel (not working)
- Xorg.0.log.ok : logs with the 2.6.28-11 kernel (working)
- lspci.log : result from the 'lspci -vvnn' command.

I confirm fchurca comment : I have the exact same problem on a Dell Mini 10.
Everything worked fine with kernel 2.6.28-11, but the recent update to
2.6.28-13 apparently broke Poulsbo video support.
