Bug solved, circular conflict was due to not well installed PPA.
For replacing a xserver-xorg-video-intel from Ubuntu by one from PPA, Stefan
Glasenhardt told me to do:
sudo apt-get -o Dpkg::Options::="--force-overwrite" dist-upgrade
instead of sudo apt-get upgrade.
It worked.

More info: Ubuntu Precise 12.04 LTS with intel graphics. Old PC Compaq
CQ70. No problem in Lucid 10.04 LTS.
libdrm-dev depends of (things that are removed) - we don't want them :

refuses to replace libdrm-nouveau2(old)
