Mouse cursor behavior not correct on computer with 2 monitors

If I translate mouse cursor from left monitor to the right monitor,
cursor appears on the right side of the right monitor... not on the left
side, as expected on such monitor configuration. This bug appeared after
last weekend updates.

I have Desktop machine with two monitors. One of the monitors connected to DVI
port and second to VGA. Video card: NVidia.
If I launch file manager on my right monitor and then start drugging one of my
files in it, the item view shows on my left monitor and under the mouse c
