The native gallium vdpau and vaapi drivers accelerate video decode
directly using UVD. Shaders are only used for codecs that were not

The problem is the drm is being loaded after X starts, so you end up
with the ddx in ums mode while the drm is in kms mode. For kms, the drm
needs to be loaded before X starts.
