even have to be turned on. I just have to connect to the displayLink
docking station for the flickering to start.

In ubuntu 10.04 i was running fine with the fglrx driver for my radeon
v530 driver. This worked fine for a combination of 1600x900 of the
laptop screen and 1680x1040 on the external screen.
After upgrading to 10.10, 1680x1040 is NOT available as a
