Most likely the staggered rollout of mutter 3.36.6 has not reached you
yet. Just check the version of package libmutter-6-0 you have installed.
If it is 3.36.6 or higher then perhaps open a new bug by running:
ubuntu-bug mutter
And please open a separate bug for each issue.

be resolved after installing a 5.9 Kernel with the above patch applied

Updating on my side:
When i update to nvidia 450 and reboot, my system starts to freeze.
Most of times i can't even really start the session and have to do a forced
reboot because nothing works, not even using CTRL+ALT+F2.
