You are trying to install the wrong package for Ubuntu 18.04.4. The
compatible package is called 'xserver-xorg-video-intel-hwe-18.04'. BUT
you should not install that either. Because the default 'modeset' driver
you already have is newer and better supported. Please don't install any
more graphics
Not sure that intel version(5i and 5pi) has the same touchpad. Legion5
amd has two touchpad: MSFT0001:00 06CB:7F28, and MSFT0001:00 04F3:3140.

1. Needing to wake the TV with the remote. I would hazard a guess that's
a feature/bug of the TV firmware. TVs generally don't expect to be used
as monitors and may not implement power mode switching reliably like a
