Would it be possible for this fix to be added to the L321x (the previous
version to l322x)
They share the same hardware, Dell just updated the processors once they
released the 322x. I upgraded from 17.10 to 18.04 (lts) and I am unable to
click and drag, and I need to use the touchpad slowly..
I was able to display on an external monitor, or the internal monitor,
but not both simultaneously. I didn't spend too much time trying to
solve the problem and now the laptop is with a family member at another
location. If you work on this issue and find a solution please post it
here.

I think this issue has been affecting me for a few years now but I just
recently started to look into it.
My current system is Ubuntu 19.04 but this issue was present even when I
was using 18.04 and 18.10 and even before that.
