Accepted nvidia-graphics-drivers-390 into bionic-proposed. The package
will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/nvidia-graphics-drivers-390/390.77-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 in a few hours, and
then in the -proposed repository.

I know it's kind of rude just to "+1" on an issue. But whoever is
responsible for these NVidia drivers deserved it. So, +1. Issue is not
fixed. Blank screen on upgrade from 16.04.
