apitrace dump for glxgears
I am seeing what appears to be the same error. It is reproducible 100%
of the time with glxgears.
I ran glxgears in apitrace (causing a segfault). Attatched is the raw
apitrace.
Is there any other data that I can provide that would be useful?

I confirm this happens also in KUbuntu 13.04, but in 12.10 didn't use to happen.
On the other side, another computer with Kubuntu 13.04 works ok.
I'm using an old USB Logitech optical mouse.
