Confirming on 12.10. External keyboard is not detected at all on boot if
it is plugged in and switched on. Most of the times it is detected if it

On Mesa 9.0 and 9.0.2. Intel hardware is not handling
GL_ANY_SAMPLES_PASSED_ARB as it has not been correctly implemented. This

Seems that it is a problem with Nouveau drivers that is known. Yesterday
I discovered that in softwaresources I could now select the old Nvidia
173 driver. This solved all my problems instantly: no freezes, no
artefacts and reasonable speed. For me the bug is purely 'academic' now.

I had the freezing but mouse moving version of the system hang on Ubuntu
12.04 LTS until 8pm last night when I changed the LTS Enablement Stack

mesa-9.1-2 which is at the time of writing in the testing repository.
9.1 does regress with respect to 8.0 (ie, "Speed Dreams" just crashed on

I installed the packages in your ppa.
$ dpkg --list|grep -e video-intel -e fglrx

I know that ux31 mostly works with fixes from v3.8, so I presume the
same batch of fixes will help ux21. Can you please test with the raring
kernel (or backport of v3.8)?

In ubuntu, I go to the mouse settings and move the sliders for mouse
sensitivity all the way to the left, but the sensitivity is still way
too high. I can move the mouse less than a centimeter before the cursor
will be on the other side of the screen.
