archive is long out of date. Sorry, I had seen the description, but
only followed through and looked at the packages after I posted. I'm
going to try this new 'hide comment' button, to see if I can hide that

Looking to improve my 3D frame rate, I installed the xorg-edgers PPA.
The kernel in that PPA causes a complete hang on resume from suspend.
However, when I boot from the stock "precise" kernel, resume works
properly and I have not been able to recreate this bug with that package
set (precise + xorg

When running 'sudo halt', the system does not halt completely. It
appears as if the system freezes while displaying the log out-screen.
