Only way to be sure is to contact Canonical legal. AskUbuntu is a
StackExchange thing, but I'm not sure if they had to get approval. Maybe all
the Trademark disclaimers are enough. At Ubuntu Forums we are "official" and
hosted on Canonical's servers.
